John Lewis
John Lewis is an accomplished oil and gas executive with a creative analytical mindset. He was Senior VP of Corporate Development from 2013-2020, responsible for business development, corporate strategy, and. He also served as CEO of CONE Midstream and Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Tricia Turner
Tricia Turner, a Houston native, started her real estate career after high school. She has since obtained licenses and opened her own brokerage. Tricia currently leads a team of 25 agents and aims to reach a sales volume of $100,000,000 by 2023. She lives in Fulshear with her children and enjoys working out and reading.

Johnny Wesevich
John is an experienced leader in accounting, finance, tax, planning, supply chain, and IT. He partnered with Katy Responds in 2018. John runs a CPA practice in Tomball, TX and is an assistant professor at Houston Christian University.

Rev. Blaise Polk, Sr.
Rev. Blaise D. Polk, Sr., a native of New Orleans, LA was called into the ministry as a young man of 19 years. For over forty years he has been a pastor sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Kingdom building. In 2013, Pastor Polk started Dove Nest Ministries in Rosenberg, TX where he ministers to youth, families, the elderly and those in residential care.

Rick Bresler
Rick joined Katy Responds' Board in 2023 after years of contributing to their work. With a dual-industry career in oil and gas and finance, he brings diverse business acumen to the governing body. Rick is passionate about inspiring others to get involved and being part a mission that brings hope.

Scott Denton
Scott Denton is the Global Pastor at Newlands Church (formerly Gateway Church Houston) and has served in educational, non-profit and pastoral leadership positions for the past 27 years. He and wife Amy have four children and they reside in Sugar Land, Texas. He is also a licensed real estate agent and has served with Katy Responds in various projects over the past 2 years.

Mark Carroll
Mark, a fifth-generation Texan from South Texas, moved to Katy over 25 years ago with his wife, Kristi. They have two children, Kayla (a Texas A&M graduate) and Reid (a sophomore at Texas State). Mark has a successful career in commercial real estate development. Kristi is active in local organizations like the National Charity League and YMSL, through which Mark was introduced to Katy Responds.
